Kerry joined NEBDN in 2024 as maternity cover and it quickly became clear that her impact went far beyond that of a temporary role. With a natural ability to connect with people and a strong grasp of employment law, policies and procedures, and recruitment, she became a valued member of the team and now holds a permanent leadership role as Head of HR & People.

Prior to NEBDN, Kerry was Head of HR within the care sector, where she developed a deep understanding of compassionate leadership, compliance and complex people management. She brings that same balance of professionalism and empathy to her work today.
