Jennifer Doyle is the Head of Assessment Delivery and is a part of the Senior Management team. Customer Support, Assessment and Awards, Engagement and Assessment Integrity fall within Jen’s remit.
Jen began her journey with NEBDN in 2020, just after the onset of the lockdown. She played a pivotal role in transforming the examinations from traditional face-to-face settings to innovative online assessments. With her exceptional leadership skills, Jen successfully managed key teams within the organisation. She initially served as the Assessment and Awards Manager before advancing to the role of Education and Regulation Lead. In April 2025, Jen proudly assumed the position of Head of Assessment Delivery, marking yet another milestone in her career at NEBDN.
Prior to her time at NEBDN, Jen held the role of Senior Customer Experience Officer at English Speaking Board International Ltd (ESB). In this position, she demonstrated her ability to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes. Her dedication and proficiency in managing customer relations were integral to success and set a strong foundation for her future achievements at NEBDN.
